Is this real?

I just got this from one of my friends who loves to send joke emails. Can anyone verify this story? I'm pretty sure I would have **** my pants

yep. totally possible. Snakes are cold blooded so it could have been looking for warmth.

I once found a snail on my intake manifold.

yeah, that's real. I saw that pic like a year ago. It's not new. Pretty sick though. I showed my friend and he was getting sick..hehehe. Yeah that would suck though..."I just had some engine damage due to a snake living in my engine bay".. =(

That suck but totally possible.

Not sure what the story was but my guess is that someone's bet snake made a run for it and was out at night freazing it's spoiled *** off and sought heat anywhere it could get it...ie a recently parked engine.

I had a couple cats go down that way as a kid living in the desert. The cats like to go up there cause it was warm and the coyotes couldn't get em.

hmm whats better, eaten by a coyote or ground up by the serpentine belt? I guess it would depend on the type of car for me.

that would be funny if the owner went into the store and said, "Uh yea, I need to replace my serpentine belt." "What kind of car do you have?" " A boa or is it a python. I'm not sure. But I know that it is not a viper." the puuzzled assistant goes and takes a look at the engine and says," No, it definitely isn't a viper." Hahaha

Since we're on the topic of unfortunate encounters with animals... does anybody know where i can get the pic where an owl got sucked into the intake or one of the farings or something?
