FYI......I got a damn good look at that powder blue hoopride as I was yelling at them after they revved up the mice under the hood so they would scream.....I am 100% sure it was a late 90's honda civic....it had a rice front bumper/bodykit, and the dual tin cans for mufflers, with a white/blue interior, and about 15 (puny, highschooler) ghetto fooz inside.....I was yelling " , get your POS outta here, take it somewhere else" at 'em. heh heh heh.... jizmoppers

the guy has a tweaker tag on the back ( the number 10 ) which means its in the process of being registered in his name

I told the cop I was also a witness, being within 12" of the ***ker as he passed by, and could ID all occupants of the vehicle...
