well why dont they have the opportunity to defend themselves? they should be able to login as their name or something and defend if they want.

Also, skateboarding in illegal places when i was younger, cops used to cover their badge while talking to you. is that allowed? because thats what cops will do when they pull you over and put a code number on the ticket instead of their name.

They wont be able to beat the site, but they will be able to easily avoid writing their ID on a ticket from a simple code system i would think.

i was thinking that...but if you were a cop and someone asked for your name (the reason would only be to do the cop harm)

When you ask the for their name, the cop that was neutral about you is now negative and who knows what they can do behind their computer.

i am currently dealing with a "impeding traffic violation" for a broken headlight...me impeding traffic? lol no way that happened. But cops can F*** with you like that...mine was an error but they have power to waste your time by dealing with paperwork etc.

I have to try and clear this $171 fine now.

i just got my $171 error corrected to a $10 fix it ticket.

the cop put VC: 22400 instead of 24400 or something that didnt match the description.

But ive been dealing with the stress of paperwork and knowing you are sitting in a file of fines and due dates that you cant always keep track of about every other month since i got my ticket in October...i have 2 courtesy notices, all with errors, that today said would be fixed but werent. Now they are fixed so they say. I will know in a month.

but thats just a way Cops can make your life hell if they choose, by simply writing down the wrong VC number since you have a "race car" or if you ask for their badge # or name.

and im sure they have other ways of F***ing with you via paperwork.
