In this state, if I fear for my life, and I draw my weapon, warn, and still am in fear of life, I can defend myself with the force necessary to protect my life, up to and including lethal force.
Seriously people learn your rights.

Unfortunaly getting our CCW in this state is about as hard as it comes unless you happen to live in a few of the northern or eastern counties.
Its called "in fear of life and limb" and in this state there is no duty to retreat, we have had on the books for quite a number of years a law that mirrors the castle law.

1: You don't have a CA CCW.
2: You draw your weapon in CA and you'll be charged with brandishing.
3: You draw your weapon without a CCW and not only will you be charged with brandishing, you'll also get a misdemeanor and your firearm confiscated.
4: You shoot an unarmed man and you're going to jail. Try it and let me know how it goes.
Your rights on paper and how they hold up under scrutiny in court are very different. This is Commiefornia, you effectively have no rights, especially when it comes to guns/self defense.

You're delusional.

2)fear for life negates "brandishing" laws (by the way CA doesn't have a brandishing law on the books, again LEARN YOUR LAWS)
3)Any citizen of this state can draw a weapon under the law without any special permits. In fact our citizen arrest laws are quite clear on this, again...read a book.
4)"unarmed" men are shot every day in this state, once more our laws are written clearly. I don't even have to defend myself in this state, the DA has to prove that I was NOT in fear of my life.
Trust me kid your way out of your league here. I would recommend hanging out on calguns, perhaps reading a few books that are out about this states laws...before you come back at me. So far your posts have been filled with nothing but typical anti-gun lies, and fabrications.
All this talk about the willingness to threaten violence and how readily accessible your firearms are makes me nervous. Have you ever considered that, what I describe as flaunting, your capacity for violence and lethal harm scares the **** out of me and probably other people? I mean, really, why? What's it for? What's the point?
1)OUC is legal in this state, learn your laws

If this is really how you think I feel bad for you if you ever decide to test these theories. I also feel bad for you if you're so scared of life that you'd shoot a possibly unarmed man approaching you. Most rational people would agree taking the measures you've outlined are just plain dumb and a nice way to get a close up look at the inside of a holding cell, kid.
