This is why you ended up with an overnighter...they were probably behind you for a while in their slow-*** crown vics struggling to keep up with you, thinking that they were in a high speed chase, whereas you were focused on the curves having fun and didn't notice them till you had got them worked up into a 'chase frenzy'.

That sucks dude, but trying to argue in court with 2 pigs who back up each others stories is gonna be impossible..get a lawyer.

Damn man. It sounds like you have grounds for harrassment, but we all know how the MAN and THE SYSTEM works, and it may be close to impossible to stick it to those douchebags. When i heard you were in jail i was SHOCKED, i would never think you would do anything to deserve that. Get a good lawyer if u feel its worth it! See you on monday man.

There's no way. Especially since there was more than one officer there. Police live and work in a different world than we do where they also get to make up the facts as they go, and they cannot generally be challenged. I had a situation recently where I was held at gunpoint in my driveway, then got to watch an officer throw my fiancee out of my car onto the ground, knee in her back, cuff her, and drag her down my driveway to the sidewalk. She was the passenger in my car and had done nothing wrong. I had hit a curb. I spoke to a lawyer, and he said forget about it and be happy that worse didn't happen. I now have a hit and run against me for hitting a curb. Fecking hit and run. Didn't even pop my tire...

Wow, some sad stories here. I have one of my own, but all I'll say is don't speed in Arizona. Sorry to hear about the unfortunate incidents Jakob and Smitty.

Nope, no tickets for mods. My car is not registered in the state of California. That's what I was infuriated about, my car being impounded. The car is legal, current tags and registration, didn't find anything inside, etc.

Thanks for the advice guys. I think I'm going to give ticket assassin a shot...

Smitty you are the LAST person i would expect to be put in the slammer, for anything. This just goes to show what you can get away with if your are in a position of authority, or power, or both. Good call on not pulling a Colin Farrell and hiting him in the face with your thrown cell phone like i would. Most of you are thinking " automatic jail time for that....."

i already have two strikes i was born with
