I don't want to get caught ridin' dirty. Especially if its in front of my own house lol.
yea i vouch for that giant dip in his driveway, i see him running for his 2 pieces on wood then laying them down every time i come by. Only thing i can think of is customizing a ramp out of wood that fits your driveway, and has enough strength to withstand the weight of your car, and that you wouldn't have to move it back and fourth....if you need help just let me know, i had too help make a similar ramp for my friend once for the same reason

[QUOTE=03_Impreza_Al;2085314]I don't think I have street sweepers. Been here for two years and haven't had a day where cars had to be parked somewhere else.
They may not make the cars move or anything. I know in saratoga they just sweep around the parked cars. I think you should be fine puttin something from the driveway to the street, as long as theres something for the water to pass through.

get some plates of steel that can only be moved with a little crane on a truck. and have them delivered and set down, i'm sure you could do it for $50 plus cost of steel plates.
or do the ashphalt thing with a pipe under it and make it look clean, if they dont street clean then no one will be there to complain about it as long as your crappy neighbors dont see you do it

like when a road is underconstruction, at night they put out those 1" thick plates of steel with a crane.
Thats what you need. But instead of being 4'x8' 500 lbs you could do 4'x1' or whatever. Nobody would move them or bother to steal them either.
Theres gotta be a plaace in SJ for steel. Only place i know of is Alan Steel of 101 Redwood City i think

Maybe put something like at the ends to make it cleaner.
i cut then shaved the ends on the 2x6's myself instead of buying those.
Are u planning to pull the ramps back into the house/garage when u are done driving in and out?
