Its ok... you can come out of the closet..
Not your typical one. Otherwise I would be typing in huge Black font talking about the niners.

Which i'm not, i'm just a fan, a loyal one, and one that isn't blindly so, such as yourself.

Definitely sour thing to say. most all players today are about the money and not about the game. If he really wanted to be on a good team, he wouldn't have signed.

Also, why so much for an unproven rookie... Why are rookies demanding such pay, when they have no professional record. It's rediculous.

I know, I was just taking a jab at the Raiders...

All these kids coming out of college feel so entitled to things they haven't even earned yet. What's worse is there's always some team out there to bend over backwards for them. I guess all that posturing by Al Davis was just a bluff.

What the raiders need is an offensive line. They've need one for years and they just keep drafting top players or every position BUT the O-linemen.

I could care less though...just makes the season that much better when my Broncos steam roll them yet another year.

good luck having another pointless season, radiers!!

They drafted gallery, that didnt turn out well.

Players are paid a lot, but judging by all the threads, football draws a huge fanbase and makes the owners and league a lot of cash and none of them have a much higher than average risk of serious injury including paralysis.

It seems like half these guys can't even walk when they retire.

My team sucks this year

Better than last year (12 TDs total last year), but still suck. It's going to be a long season for the silver and black.

But it's not like the 9ers are going to do much either. So we both suck

I don't get these people. Holding out for more money...like they aren't overpaid already. Then you have guys like that dude in buffalo. Playing for league min. happy as a clam busting their asses and putting em on the line to play more.

I hope al davis holds a grudge and has that punk ride the pine ALL season. Let him EARN his spot. He did it to a far more talented player...marcus allen.

Raiders still aren't gonna win all that much. Maybe 5 games this year. They need a REAL running back not 5 guys that are kinda backs. And they need a receiver that's a true number one. I love porter and curry but they're 2's and 3's. Hopefully Taylor develops quickly.

Here's to a top 5 pick next year!! Running back hopefully.
Do you think he'd really care if he rode the bench? Making millions doing nothing? He's obviously not thinking about the team holding out for so long.

I'd make him play every down and take every snap, even if he isn't ready. He'll look like a fool not knowing plays, getting mixed up all because he wanted more $$

Probably be better off in the long run....like Alex Smith. Make him learn the hard way.

Sad part is some people can't handle it and crumble after a season like that and never recover.
