quick roof rack question
Hey,
So I need to move a few mattresses to my apart and thought I'd use the wagon instead of trying to find a truck. Do I need crossbars? If so, which kind do you recommend? Thanks a lot.

you should not need cross bars if it will fit ontop of the rails make sure to tie it down well and i would not use the freeway or any high speeds while its up there
it would be best to have the box spring on top if you have one to keep the wind from picking up the mattress

you shouldn't need cross bars. Maybe stick a piece of plywood under the mattress.
There is a max load for the roof rails.....I'd check it out. Make sure you tie the front of that sucker down good as if it lifts at all it will become a sail and put a TON of pressure on your rails.
