Quick question about Cobb AP and SPT intake

Well I just received my Cobb AP back from repairs and I flashed my car to Stage 1

When I bought the car it did not come with the stock intake but with the SPT intake instead. I emailed Cobb Tuning about it and they told me as long as the short term and long term fuel trims added together should be between -8% to +8% but when I looked at the Live Data on the AP, I couldn't figure out which menu would take me to the fuel trims levels.

It's a bit late so I didn't take the car out to check which one it was.

Thanks in advance!

Well to be honest I did some research on the SPT + Cobb, seems like either side is just trying to sell their product, I can see why the MAF may get some irregular reading since for the LGT there's a bend right before it. I went and looked at logs after installing no over or under boosting and I was constantly hitting 11.1 which is what the small band can read. I don't notice any difference in the drive, all I did it for was engine bling and some noise. Plus all the Cobb did was is log on their maps so.... Kinda biased there too. If you want a link to their research and a note from SOA I'll pm you about it. Sorry went on a tangent but yeah, after research, it does not matter. No power gain that is it.

Thanks, I emailed Cobb earlier and they told me as long as the A/F Correction 1(short term fuel trim) and A/F Learning 1(long term fuel trim) added up in between +/-8 I should be good, if not, Protune time!

You're overthinking this. Your stage 1 or even 2 ots maps will be just fine with an spt intake. I ran several thousand miles on cobb stage 1 and 2 with my spt intake and never had any issues.
