Jack the car up from the jacking plate, there is a bolt sitting under, the big black pan. Unscrew it, yes I know it looks smaller than the cap, so what the new cap will fit like a glove, as long as its JDM right?
Replace with new radiator cap as fast as you can before all the coolant leaks out! I was able to do it in 6.4 seconds.

You unscrew the stock one, replace with the STi cap. Becareful not to let any coolant drip. I got one drip on the plastic intake and it left a mark. Coolant is really caustic.

i creates a higher pressure in your radiatior, so instead if it giving to let out hot water, you radiator blows up instead!

Well, if you are serious......dont forget that some radiator caps have a lock on them, or maybe you need to push it down before you turn it.....(like a child proof cap for medicine)
Other than that, a monkey could change a radiator cap.
but not this monkey ---->
cuz he's too p|ssed off
oh yea, DONT change your radiator cap when the engine is HOT, the radiator is under high pressure, and if opened under pressure it will spray SCOLDING HOT Anti-freeze everywhere!

EDIT:
it can handle it, but the STi cap is set to a higher pressure relief than the stock one.....so your radiator will be under MORE pressure than stock....but only if your engine overheats, otherwise you should be fine....remember, heat makes stuff expand, or in this case evaporate, creating a gas (steam), which will build up pressure. So the hotter your engine gets (when its overheating) the higher the pressure in your radiator gets...and THAT COULD cause your radiator to blow up....but your engine would have to get pretty hot for that to happen, and if it got to that point, your engine would probably be toast anyways.
