A question for people who've used Toyo Proxes 4

How did they feel at freeway speeds? I can wiggle the wheel left/right and it feels like there's no response. My previous set of tires were RE960s, before that PZero Nero M+S, and of course the stock RE92s, and I've never had this feeling before with any of those tires. Once turning, it seems they grip okay, it's just the initial turn in that feel very sluggish and spongy.

I know there's some rubber you need to burn off before you get to the true tread of the tire, but this doesn't seem like a rubber issue, but a sidewall issue. However, if you did feel this, did it improve any as you wore through them? I feel very unsafe driving on these on the freeway, and if it doesn't improve, I'm going to take Toyo up on their trial ride offer.

I went all the way through a set. Did suffer from some tramlining on those striated freeway surfaces. Wouldn't say "no feel" though. In fact I only bothered upgrading for auto-x, and would very impressed with them for daily driving. Sidewalls weren't super stiff, but there was no metric where (for me) they fell short of the stocker RE92s.

Rather more impressed than I am (so far) with the successor Pilot Sport A/S that are on the car now.

They are pretty soft in the sidewall. I had them and have the zeros now.... WAY better tire. Proxe 4s rip in the rain though.

I've got some near bald ones that you can ride in my car to feel em lol.

They're a bit forgiving but I wouldn't call them sluggish, but they do grip in the corners.

Are all of your tire pressures ok?

They were probably the overall least favorite tires of any kind I've had on my car, I really didn't like them
