I've gotta say that when it comes down to it, Hokori is one of the less "gang related" crews, and that's damn cool in a scene filled with degenerates. It probably has something to do with their Kosoku roots. That being said I still don't really dig the cars much. A car with no other function than looking pretty while some underage tramp hangs her TnA all over it for a bunch of dudes to gawk at is a crime. If the car doesnt see the street then it doesn't get driven. If it doesn't get driven, it can't be providing any fun moments on the edge and it's only purpose is to have people jock your style.

Buncha thugs. I wish they would've found a different outlet for their ego's than driving cars... something like gang banging. There'd be less around at least.
Anyways... I'll stop spoutin' off like some bitter old fart, I've been out of the "crew" days for a good while now, and I never looked back. Good Riddance to all the drama.

I understand the whole drama thing when it comes to "crews" I see it all the time. One of the best things about Hokori is that we don't dwell on that and do this for the enjoyment of having a car. A lot of us are a lot older and had the fun of driving out there, but with the recent annoyance of law enforcement and the immaturity of other "import" drivers. Its no fun anymore. Too many people revving, Stare-downs, and just straight dis-respecting. Car shows are a way to display what we have built. Sort of like OVERGROWN MODEL cars. For some, it actually pays itself off? Yea, the hoodrats are there, and unfortunately that draws the crowd. I can care less. Just give me a good forum for me to show my car, and im content. I drive my car every day.. I enjoy every minute of it..
