think this IB has been out for about 5-6 years now, heres a better version with letter head and everything.

it really doesnt matter though, a chp is going to give you an exhaust ticket at their disscretion regardless of what documentation you produce. Look people, we should all know by now, If you run a shiny, big tip, canister exhaust sooner or later your going o get popped for it, period. Get a Hush, paint it black and be done with it.

yea it was, i dont see why street cars can't run at least 1 high flow cat which negligably decreases hp yet keeps emissions far lower than catless. just a matter of a bit more money and concience (forgive the spelling)
