It wasn't in my culture ever, none of my friends watched it and I didn't heavily get into cars for awhile.

I find it really weird when people have never tried or had boba lol, even all my white friends know what it is and drink it. I never hung out with asians when i was growing up but some how managed to know about initial d lol.
Yeah I've always been into cars ever since i can remember, If i could afford it I wouldn't even have picked a japanese car as my first car. Still want a chevelle haha.

 

That's not an excuse, I'm white and know of Initial D. Heck I am sure I can even find my old copies of the first 2 stages on VCD somewhere. Even played the Initial D game at the arcade room at SJSU when I went there.
