Simple as that.
You would have been arrested, then they would have searched you and found your gun (or guns), then you would be straight to jail for the night.

I'm sure you don't want to go to jail? Right?

Without fail, I get passed by Prius drivers with their BS LEV stickers going 80+ in the HOV lane on 101 N/S when I'm clicked into 70 mph on my cruise control.

Sidenote: anyone ever see the Top Gear where they raced an M3 against a Prius around a track and measured the fuel mileage? Under those conditions, the M3 actually got better mileage. Not really a surprise, but still funny.

Just a side note to the 80mph part.. I find they drive slow until you want to pass them. Doesn't mean it works in their benefit though lol. Oh and their stickers are not supposed to be used anymore from what I read so hope they get tickets for using HOV lanes.

This isn't particular to Prius drivers, but applies to douchebag drivers in general, especially the ones that just sit in the fast lane.

Pretty much, no cop is going to believe that the krispy kreme inhaling prius driving hippy would threaten your life.

Let's be honest. There are ***** Prius owners and there are non-***** Prius owners, just like any other car.

But the woman in that vid is the primo-example of pick Prius owner.

Because they are level-headed and smart individuals that believe in showing their daughters the correct way to act as part of a society and community. Their daughters learned two lessons that day. What to do, and what not to do. IMHO, that is better than showing them two things not to do.

Out society is ****ed.

Definitely! A great number of lifted truck drivers try to drive it like it is a Porsche.

With my small child present, my wife would have knocked her the F out. The video would have been 10 seconds long. Mama bear don't play.

Really sorry you had to endure that.

Am I the only one that thinks it would've been pretty easy to aggravate that woman to the point of throwing a punch? could've sued that prius right from under her.

I don't agree. That was an ignorant outburst, not a violent one.

Wrong!

1)The state of CA states, one does not have to prove fear for life/limb to use force up to and including lethal force. It is a DA's responciblity to show you did NOT have fear.

2)I might be cited but arested, I doubt it. Again all I have to be is the 'victim' defending myself. "Officer she was waving her arms around, had some kind of knife or pen in her hand. I had fear for the life of my child and myself, so I acted to defend and use the amout of force nessessary to subdue the criminal"

3)I only carry where its legal and I am alowed to by law. There goes your theroy up in smoke there.

You two really need to keep up with your rights and the laws of this state
