Prepare to be pissed off!! (VIDEO)

Check out this asshat of a driving "instructor" at an HPDE doing absolutely ZERO instructing but continuous insulting a some poor first timer that was unlucky enough to get him put in the passenger seat.

Wrost part was the first timer wasnt even doing too bad, especially having this *** hole insulting him the entire lap, I def would not have been as calm. I wish this wasnt the first thing I watched this morning, pissed me off for the rest of the day

I'll just link to Jalopnik since the comments there are pretty good too.

Wow... that guy was a JERK!

I, myself have been contemplating attending an HPDE track day and would depend on having a good instructor teaching me lines, entry speed etc.

Hopefully when that day comes I would have a decent instructor that wouldn't ridicule my every move but provide insight and ** GASP **.... instruction.

That was pretty whacked- "you're not supposed to apex here" as he passes the APEX CONE on turn 1, I didn't see what happened at the shift lever, but it sounded like his shifts were reasonably smooth and quick, and as for his line I'd say it was generally all pretty good for a first timer.

I'd like to give that instructor a ride worth really complaining about...

I've noticed a lot of people in track driving things have the cockiest attitudes ever. Lucky when i've done track days i haven't encountered them. Seem like this guy is one of those major douche know it alls. I didn't hear one constructive piece of advice.

I'd like to know which group that guy was with?

well he actually wasnt because for practice they make you take that first corner wide in case someone in coming down the straightaway, so as not to cut them off.

But that guy is a dick, the driver wasnt really bad at all

Damn it, I want a instructor like that. The moment he said "after you finish this lap take me in" I would have pulled right over into the grass and said "get the **** out, now" even if it cost me getting thrown out for the day...THAT ******* would be walking back to the pits.

I agree with overbear. I felt like slapping him but that will probably get me kicked out for good.
it was his first track day, give him a break!
