Powdercoat or Paint?

Powdercoat or Paint?

Hey everyone... I just bought a new set of wheels and i would like to change the color of them... I just didn't know if i should get them painted or powdercoated... Also I would like to know how much i am looking into spending for this.. thanks!

Also can you guys let me know of some good places to get this done...THANKS!!

Powder coat seems to hinder the strength of the wheel.. but paint isn't as durable to chips and what not.. personally i'd rather paint my wheels if i was gonna track the car on them, but if it's daily driving and the wheels aren't 18's id go with powder coat.

Car Info: 1999 RS Coupé- 1995 Mazda Miata -KTM 300
just spray paint them.

I used duplicolor engine paint- universal gold

It only chipped around 1 lug because i used a big socket on accident.

otherwise it has survied tire mounting etc with no chips.
