Don't forget to warn them about the pygmies lining the alleyway, shooting poison darts from blowguns. Just roll up your windows and you'll be fine.
BAN, still planning on Mosquito Ridge? The time and place of the meet has been determined. We need to post on the other thread for a head count.

I put in STi motor mounts last Sunday in anticipation of Mosquito Ridge Rd and Mt. Hamilton. Unfortunately, I hit a snag on the STi tranny mount so it'll have to wait for another free day. Hope der Installfest goes well for everyone.
OT - wrxRated (Egan), if you're reading this, Craftsman's slimline 14 mm ratcheting box wrench (reversible, combination) really made it easy to get that last engine mount bolt on each side. I also bought the offset ratcheting box and offset box wrenches but the slimline worked much better once the engine was raised a little bit.

Awesome day guys. Thanks to Slackand Kostamojen for showing up to help. Slack even beat me there!
Pretty typical install- we weren't completely prepared, and had to make a couple runs for things, but stuff went on right for the most part. Our surprises- STi strut tops with WRX adapter plates don't work for a GM6.
Rear struts in an Impreza are a pain. If you have the means, get Kostamojen or MPJ to install some steering rack bushings for you- best $20 you'll ever spend on your car. What else? Oh, an unnamed member of our amateur speed shop today manages to snap the stud off of the shift bushing mount. That sucked. But, it gave MPJ Performance the chance to come to our rescue by staying open 2 hours later than normal for us to drive down from Vacaville so we could steal a spare mount they had. You guys have just earned a very loyal (and vocal!) customer for life. Kudos.
So, final score-
4 Prodrive/Bilstein struts
4 Prodrive/Eibach springs
2 Whiteline solid endlinks
2 Whiteline steering rack bushings
1 Borla header
2 STi strut tops (rears won't work for me- but will fit a WRX. PM me if you want them.)
1 Whiteline rear strut brace
And tomorrow, the Kartboys will be reinstalled with the new mount, and I will add the Whiteline rear subframe lock bolts.
Basically, I am bolting on a whole new car! Now to do something about that lack of forced induction that has been bugging me lately...

Yes, and I'm surprised that the tiny mechanism in the wrench didn't break, too. That wrench isn't very long so the leverage is nil, but I just used two hands.
