Potential HillClimb Location! Carnegie Livermore MX Service Road.
Yeah the R32 would be a monster out there, especially with a different Haldex controller. I would gladly take the Justy and someone else's R32..
The reasons I don't want to rally my R32 are essentially the same reasons that I want a Subaru again. I am hopefully picking up a commuter bike tomorrow, and then the R32 will be up for sale again. I see a bugeye in my future. Don't get me wrong, the R32 is my favorite car I have owned and it is fooking awesome on the road but.. I want something I know I can fix myself if I tear something off.
Oh man, the only downside is driving to/from Sac in the Justy.. Haha... I need to find a helmet for my wife too.

Yup I estimate around 2.25 hours from San Carlos... 5 hours in a Justy - now THAT is dedication! Oil all changed, and I didn't get to fabbing underbody stuff so I hope I don't toss a (the) belt or something. Hoping I can get some tire pressure tips while there. I plan on bringing pretty much what I bring for a track day, and gotta pick up another helmet today..

Yeah, max will do it for me and my awesome 13" tires. Should I bring a full tool box and stuff? Is there a safe paddock area like for track days? I got a helmet, so I think I am all ready to go. Gonna bring normal stuff but if there is anything that is a must have that anyone can think of, please let me know!
So here's a quick vid, and sorry for the choppiness of it, my wife was filming and walking at the same time... She stayed out for 2 runs so she could grab some video.. Also, it looks weird since my camera records in wide-screen. Might have to change that...

Before my runs, I was doing the timing and all the STi's were coming in at 34 seconds. My last run (the last one on the vid) was 31 seconds. I am sure people got better, but we left early in the afternoon to save the car and get home... The old timer in the red Civic wagon was flat out kicking ***...
SO MUCH FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Huge thanks to the folks at FRX, it was a lot of fun...

It was pretty short, but it was a great first experience with it. I would really like to find some nice gravel roads somewhere tho because it was SO fun to play around on the roads and such when we were leaving. The Justy's a little animal. Good times..

I figure i drive to Tahoe to snowboard and pay an additional $60 FOR A LIFT TICKET...WHY NOT drive to some sick roads only for the price of gas? I got the video camera
