That's the spirit man! sucks that you lost your bugeye, but you won't be sad about it after you get in that thing!

p.s. when you're ready to get rid of the wheels lmk! I want to see what they'd look like on a bugeye

Looks like Strider copied Emerson's "Wave" feature.

Wow that is pretty sweet. I have to admit while I really like the idea of a 5door STi, I really like the Sedan version better. Again the grille is my favorite body update they have done yet. It is subtle, but I think it makes the whole car look better and ties it into the geneology - even reminds me of a V6 STi front end a little...

Anyway - congrats!! Sweet car. Sometimes I feel like I should have just gotten an STi instead of what I went and did. But I know I would be all mod crazy with it if I did is the only thing..

Since we are all talking about knives as well... I needed a new box opener when I was in Seattle as I shipped myself a pallet of Cisco, HP and ShoreTel gear. So picked up this at REI:

I know it's just a Gerber but it's really a nice peice. It's actually a carbon handle and has their "F.A.S.T." spring loaded opening mechanism. Locks open and closed. Wicked sharp!

1911 FTW. I used to have a 50 round drum magazine for my 1911 that I bought when I lived in WA state. Then, I realized as cool as it was, it was also stupid - so I sold it.

Totally, but then look again. It seems that the 'wave' is on the other side! I found the wiki page on Emerson rather interesting. Particularly the parts about Emerson using others designs for different components of his knives.

Cool read - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ernest_Emerson

That police spyderco is sick. This ZT just replaced a 1990 c14 spyderco rescue for daily use.
