My understanding...Eye candy just by itself. Better as part of a complete package (if you get all other Cusco bracing)...the whole no weak links in the chair concept...since the overall rigidity in other areas will be greatly increased and it will help tie everything together. Even then, if you are not chasing split second time differences on a course...

A motor oil analysis.
Oil analysis for oil change at 45000 mile service interval for my Subaru XV (changed quite a bit later than scheduled mileage at 46214 miles on the odometer)
