Possible room for rent
I'm getting a new place and there's a possibility that there may be another room open. Its in El Sobrante which is in the mountains between Berkeley and Orinda.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, it has a shared living room and kitchen, but there's also a kitchenette and part of the house can be basically blocked off to make the room a fully separate apartment with its own entrance. It's an interesting round 2 story home with 2 decks and a lot of scenery. There's actually a creek in the back yard. There's a 2.5 car garage which can be used to work on stuff.
Its a 9 minute drive to the Orinda BART and about 15 minutes to UC Berkeley.
Rent's around 700 with utilities.

lol my last studio apartment was $1000.....
houses with real garages are hard to come by in this part of the Bay too.
