PO031 Front 02 Sensor Replacment?

PO031 Front 02 Sensor Replacment?
My check engine light came on and I had Santa Cruz pull the code for me. It says PO031 Front O2 Sensor. I asked service for the part and they gave me 22641AA042 A/F ratio sensor. Does any one know where I can get the best deal? MSRP $204.95 and from 1stsubaruparts $143.96.
