Please pray for Rosie.....
I need everyone to put up a well wish or a prayer for Rosie.
She is the Pit mix I was trying to find a home for recently. Paul from DB has offered to give her a home. 10 acres of land. A fun pup to play with. Honestly the best thing I could have hoped for when we took Rosie in to find her a home.
I was going to try and get out there this morning to GST to drop her off with Mike so Mike could take her up or go up myself this weekend.
She's sick. I honestly think at this point today is her last day without some kind of intervention.
I feel like a **** hole of a person because I honestly can't afford to take her to the vet to find out exactly what is going on. Last night I heard some coughing and thought it was my brother cause he's sick. But it was on the porch. I ran out to the porch to fine Rosie and my pup Rufus on the porch...Rosie coughing up blood. I got them both inside and went and checked the cats and the property for anything dead. I though maybe she got something.
I came back in to find her coughing in the back room of the house..it's like her nap rom. Coughed up literally AT LEAST 2 cups of strait blood.
I stayed up with her all night on the floor just making her feel comfortable and calm. She made it through the night.
But we're at the point now where I really think she's gonna die if we don't get her some help and she may die anyways. So we're kind of like...wait and do our our best to take care of her and keep her comfortable or take her in and have her put down. Which I really don't want to do. I saved her from being killed and she's honestly one of the coolest sweetest dogs I've ever come across and that's saying a lot because my dog is pretty damn cool.
I'd take her in and have all the tests run and get an IV in her. In case she got into some poison or something like that but I literally can not affort thousands of dollars in tests. I have a few hundred bucks that was suppose to be for something else but literally our credit card is tapped out. My savings is empty. Etc.
I feel like a bastard but I dont' know what to do.
I really want to see this dog get better and go enjoy an awesome life with Paul and his family on all that property. It's like a dream place for that dog.
So please...pray for Rosie.

I am trying to put together more money and see if I can't at least get her in and see if the vet can figure out what's wrong with her.
I love this dog to death..hense me sleeping on the floor freezing my *** off with her all curled up in a blanket all night. Waking up every 20 minutes to make sure she's alright.
Any ideas on what could cause something like this? I am pretty sure it's in her lungs. Sounds like bronchitis.

That really sucks.
I was thinking, if a bunch of us could donate $5 or $10, that could go a ways. Anything to really help out. I am sure I can raid my coin jar. I at least have a few bucks in there.

Im sure if you go to the vet and just ask for an opinion they would help...since they love animals too. When shes all better you bring them back pictures in a month or so... and their cycle of helping people for free will continue...
just be straight with them and say you cant afford it, they will especially help you if youve given them money before, or find someone that goes there regularly to ask for help

Hopefully they'll be able to do something and not ream me.
Shoot I gave them $350 to get a fox tail out of my dogs nose that wasn't even in there anymore. He was fine. Blew it out himeself.
And $180 to fix an absess on one of my cats.
I do my best to take care of my animals. It's why we've reduced the number of animals in recent years...to ensure we can do so. They get flea meds. Worm meds. Etc. I just can't afford the rediculous money vets will charge so we do as much as possible at home...my wife is an MA so if it's cuts, shots, etc we can do it here.
