You may want to ask a local repair shop. A local shop took my old coolant and oil.

Pretty sure BFI takes it if you drop it off free of charge. Only a moron would flush it.

If it is just "old" but still clean (i.e. not contaminated with oil), then you can easily burn it off in your car.

Just put in a small amount at a time (say, 1-2 quarts per tank).

Put it in glass bottles with oil saturated rages in the top. Light, throw and enjoy.

Not unless the container it were in were either under pressure or capable of creating a spark. If you put it in glass or plastic nothing would happen.
