phpwebhosting... thanks SD
I registered 4 domains with joker.com (they seemed to be the cheapest) and setup my site with phpwebhosting. They have a pretty good feature set for the price and were easy to deal with.
So, www.qnotephoto.com has been hatched (don't bother, there's not much on it at the moment). Now it's my turn to design an annoying website. You know the type... things like "click here to enter", attempts at abstract "art" where the buttons and UI components aren't named, oh yeah... LOTS OF POPUPS, especially the style that are designed to look like windows dialog boxes that trick you into clicking them when they're really a button redirecting you to another website for the sole pupose of really pissing you off and I really ought to throw some punctuation in here because this sentence has really overstayed its welcome (and I'm really using the word "really" too much) and here it comes.... PERIOD! (no... exclamation point).
So far my top pick for MOST ANNOYING WEBSITE ON THE PLANET:
http://www.salomonsports.com/
I dare you to try and find information on the 1080 freestyle skis without jumping through hoops and swallowing fire.
Cheers, Joe

They make awesome skis boots and bindings though, I love my XScream 9's and XScream boots.

that's one of the problems of the web.
when it first got "popular," every company wanted to have their website like what solomon did. lots of animation and FLUFF.
unfortunately, people wanted it now and yesterday. at first, dialup was the only way.
but the web designers had a fast connection and blank check to do just about everything. and corporations also had a fast connection and liked all the FLUFF.
a few years ago, even the place where i worked, the main web page had a rotating graphic on it. as a dial up user, it took forever to load.
so i screamed about it and asked for a text only option. about a year later, it did.
i had the same problem with specialized bikes. holy cow. and i knew the dude who headed up the web dept of them too...
btw, if anyone needs some PHP scripting (programming), lemme know... i work for peanuts...
(php, mysql and apache)
