There are more horrifying examples of kid abuse than this. I read a news story about some POS mother/husband/uncle that abuse/raped/mutilated their 6 mo-old baby.. it sure would be great to have people like this be neutered.
But since that isn't possible, there needs to be stricter penalties against serious child abuse problems as a deterrent.

Honestly, there are FAR worse things that could have happened to the child, that being said I'm not condoning the behavior; but at least he didn't drown while they weren't paying attention or some **** - which in all possibility, could happen.
That being said, they deserve to be rendered sterile; and in a perfect society, put to death.
