so really.. who does this crap? People should really be given an IQ test, a thorough background check, credit check, etc...

That's seriously messed up.
One issue though.... the mom was sentenced to 10 DAYS in jail and 2 years probation while her boyfriend was sentenced to 3-5 YEARS behind bard???
