probably pass smog fine unless they notice you are running a bigger turbo + no cats = unburnt hydrocarbons which means you will fail the sniffer and visual.
The only reason to ever fail the sniffer is having a high hydrocarbon count at the tail pipe.

Don't know about the TGV deletes, but someone just told me they failed the visual because of a non-stock downpipe on a Legacy Turbo...
Make sure it looks 100% stock, and can pass the sniffer, and you should be fine.

Not sure if you can, cause there are harnesses that plug into where the stock tgv's are. If you have a tuned ecu then you won't have a cel. But for passing smog you usually need to be running a stock ecu w/ no cel's and all monitors have to be ready.
Pretty sure you will get a cel w/ tgv deletes when you go back to stock ecu for smog.
I could be wrong though so anyone else think otherwise?
