10pm is pretty common. Can't do **** before 10. I have one dick neighbor who calls the cops on us at 7:00. Every time we have people over. Regardless of the day of the week.

The cops will come by. They tell us that one of our neighbors thinks we're too loud but we aren't breaking any laws and there's nothing they can do until 10.
