Just keep calling the police. Happened to me and my roommates and we got 2 misdemeanors/60 hours of community service. Luckily after doing 60 hours both charges were cleared but we learned our lesson, not worth it.

 

In santa cruz the noise/party ordinance is pretty strict...after 10pm the cops start breaking up parties...first fine is 5-700$, second is double that, and the third time cops are called you can get evicted if its a rental

 

In Livermore?? Where at? If you know there names PM them to me, if there younger kids im sure I know someone who knows someone who can put a word out there for ya.

At the first night the Cops stopped them around 11PM for having loud music during weeknight, nobody called the cops but they showed up.
Then again yesterday they started the party around 7:30sh then turn down the music around 9 well I think that's better than the first night.
Only thing that pissed me off last night was the helicopter searching around East ave. Around 11 or 11:30pm last night that thing woke my *** up.

I know exactly how you feel. My neighbors have a bar with beer taps setup in their garage. They pretty much party every other day.

Its cool though. We have come to a mutual understanding. They have their parties. I have my N1 race.

 

just make an ice bomb and blow it up in your backyard then call the police and say it was them
