I don’t think she should be in jail.

Let’s face it, having her locked up does nothing for anyone. She is being locked up on OUR dime! Its costing us a small fortune having her locked up because, lets face it she isn’t doing time like the average tax payer would do time. she is being pampered and put in a cell by herself with 24hr watch and super extra attention then every other inmate.

I just don't see were this is doing anything good… yeah she should do the time like everyone else, but the truth is that she’s not! i would have been more happier seeing her on the side of the freeway in a orange jump suit picking up trash for 3 months put on house arrest and fined 5-10 million dollars. That would at least not only embarrass her but also raise an eyebrow around the Hilton compound about their daughter’s behavior.

You might thing I fell off my rocker but I’m just being real... imagine what good would come out of a 5-10 million extra dollars would do for the schools, parks, and after school programs in L.A. county thanks to the Hiltons bimbo daughter?

in some ways we should be like some countries where the fine is based on income.

I would definitely prefer she be out somewhere else rather than my dime, but if she never comprehends that driving drunk is mmm..not good, then lock her *** up. She would probably end up posing for more photos on the side of the freeway where she's picking up trash anyway.
