L.A. county seriously f'd up this time. They are going to catch sooooo much heat for this. It may not seem like a big deal now, but this thing is going to blow up. The grounds for her release was "mental instability". Her own personal psychiatrist stated that she is unstable because she refuses to eat. L.A. county agreed to release her because of this "mental instability"
The protocol (probably state law) for this type of behaviour is to send the inmate to the medical examiner, NOT HOME! If any other person in that jail were going through the same type of "troubles" they would have been sent to a state paid doctor who would have strapped them into a chair and fed them through a tube!
This normally isn't the kind of s**t I wrap my mind around, but my mother is one of the public relations officials for the California Dept. of Corrections and this is all I have been hearing about for the last couple of days.

Well, can you honestly say that you didn't see this coming? Celebrities in this country are all given special treatment on so many levels. Don't even get me started on the Oj Simpson case.
Anyway, the Sheriffs Dept. released her. The original ruling from the judge stated house arrest was not an option.
However, you have to understand the risk involved with keeping a celelbrity like Paris in custody. While in jail, she was the responsibilty of the county of L.A. They are responsible for her safety. If anything happened to her the family attorneys would be going crazy. Imagine the lawsuite! The county would save money by not keeping her in custody.
I'm not saying I agree with all of this. In, fact I would vote for CAPITAL PUNISHMENT!!!

When the court representative was talking, random Paris Hilton supporters were yelling random crap like, "PARIS LOOKED HOT!" or something stupid. They were carrying signs saying "LIBERATE PARIS" and whatever. The supporters looked like horny old men you'd see on Dateline NBC's "To Catch A Predator".

I saw it's now the full 45 days instead of the reduced 23. Someone screwed up big time. Maybe her assistant forgot to tell the Sheriff to tell the judge what they decided.

From what I read I think just about any other jurisdiction would have the sheriff coming up on contempt charges for some of the shenanigans involved in her early release and "house arrest".
and she cried in the court before going back to jail, awwwww, poor baby

It makes me sad to see Paris going through all of this. I have a a comfortable cell for her. There's a hole in the wall just about waist high. Oh the things I'd do to that slam hound. I can't help it; I want to bone Paris.
