Hey everyone i have a 2006 WRB(world rally blue) wagon. I love my car. Recently i painted the headlights white.



I wanted to paint my scoop white as well. thought it would be great contrast against the blue. the wife says no. i think it would look sick. it would be the last thing i do to the outside for a while. what do others think. i dont want it to look stupid. just different. let me know. thanks for your opinion.



UPDATE: ok. i dont think i am gonna do the scoop. i had a buddy of mine pull his off his 06 sti, aspen white. it kinda looks cool but i think i would hate it after a while. What else can i paint white that would give it cool white accents. i thought about the back of the side mirrors. but i duuno. i am trying to stick with black, white, blue. The rims are gonna stay the same. i like them just the way they are.

 

dont. just dont. it will look bad. like rice rockets with unpainted body kits.

 

i know but it will look so nice. i will take that into consideration though. it will be gloss white. not rice white. (you know flat, scratched, gay.)

curious what the white headlight housing looks like on a wrb body....can you post a pic??

Lights look good with white accents; scoop wouldn't be good in white. The scoop isn't an 'accent'.

 

headlights look good, but i wouldn't paint the scoop, it just won't look right. my $0.02

I have a white wrx 05 scoop you can place where your current one is to see what it looks like even though it wouldn't exactly fit and I'm in Santa Rosa so just let me know.

you should trade for a white hood scoop and a red back hatch door, american colors on a japanese car.
haha, just kidding.

 

naw, leave it the body color. dont match everything on the car lol
