Which paint to use for wheels??

I'm looking to paint my center of my wheels gloss black. I haven't been able to find gloss black spray paint for wheels. But I have found gloss black caliper paint. Is it good enough to use caliper spray paint? Or should I just use reg. gloss black spray paint>? Suggestions please...
TIA

Caliper paint is usually good for upto between 900-1200 degrees. So it'll last in that aspect, although they won't be heating up that much (by that point your centercaps would melt). What I'd look for is chipping resistance, since that is going to be your main problem. An epoxy based paint will hold up the best, but will probably not be nessessary. I would go with any paint you like, and put a couple of clear coats over it.

EDIT-Oh wait, I just realized you weren't talking about center caps. What do you mean by center of wheels?

the mesh center of my wheels. They are sparco ns II...mesh wheels. yea, I don't use the caps so that won't matter. Chipping factor is all I'm concerned about. And yes, clear will be applied as well...

I used the Duplicolor "wheel paint" stuff in graphite. Looks good been on there almost a year, only a few chips. Make sure to prep very well, and clear clear clear.
