P Zero Neros Suck......

Man they grip too good. All this rain and I'm just not having any fun. No more drifto every corner and power slides while entering the roads.

So sad. I miss my slicks.

seriously though. P zero nero's are amazing in the rain. So far I'm very impressed with these tires. So now just need to run them in the snow and hard on dry once my alignment issue is corrected.

I ran them on my old wrx for a while. I think the only thing I can say bad about them is at least for STI purposes they don't have enough dry grip for my liking.........meaning they could be better (not better for an all season tho).
However for all around they are great, because they even do well in the snow..................

at low speeds they are great in the rain...........if you do something to really get out of control you are probably being a real jackarse.

I have yet to try out the nero's in the rain but I like them in the dry.

I had m4d tyte drifto skills saturday morning getting onto 17 south from Hamilton. It din't take much to make it kick out, but was very nice controled with my proxes 4s. I want some Nero's now...

I just put Dunlop Direzza Z1's on mine. Same story.. no more sliding around on the wet stuff haha.

Not sure where you go for alignment, but Young's Tire here in Watsonville treated me real good on the tires and alignment. Better deal than ordering online and then having them installed at the Tortireia. And they dialed the alignment in just how I wanted it and took the time to get it dead nuts on.

When I was running PZeros on my car, I felt like I had more confidence in the rain than in the dry. Weird, I know, but I did love those tires in the wet. Stupid lazy me forgot to order them, so I was stuck with RE960s, and I can't wait until these die.

I made the mistake of falling for the firestone lifetime alignment.

I am going to go back in and see what I can work out. Basically if they can't do what I want I'm going to make them give me my money back and I'll probably take it to AI in milpitas.

They told me lifetime and I'd get my custom specs. So far... no one will honor the custom specs except newark and they did a terrible job.

I ran P4's last winter. Excellent tire.

LOL. I was like "you've gotta be kidding me." "This dudes got problems." Glad to hear you're having as much luck with them as I have all these years.

I've run the hell out of these in the dry. They grip very well. Traction limits are very easy to predict. The side walls a quite stiff. They run forever.

well, if you guys want a tire that definitely wont let you down in the wet road sliding department, you aught to check out these falken rt-615's
fatty rear bar, no body roll, and 615s make for an extremely engaging, lively rear end!

Grip too well, really? I know they are good in the rain, but I thought they were pretty terrible in the dry... They aren't super bad or anything, but for the price I want my tires to perform like champions which is something they lacked.

I've never been a Pirelli fan nor will I ever be. I'm a total bridgestone fan. S02pp and S03pp FTW!!!

I once dated a girl with an extremely engaging lively rear end.
