hey guys icant view this video..i dont have the right codec..which ones do i need to download, i already have divx..but is that getting outta date cuz...a lot of the videos i download now wont paly.

This is from France:

The driver is an instructor at a French driving school.

There is controversy over wether or Front Driver-side wheel split in two, on a weld (made to narrow the wheel), or that the tire burst, or that a cone got stuck into the Front Driver-side wheelwell and damaged/disabled the suspension/brakes.
