good god.

1) what a drift demo the driver put on until wadding the car up badly.

2) i'm amazed that the track day organizers didn't yank this person off the track for driving like that. most organizers won't permit driving like that.

3) really nice car control, until they lost it big style.

4) it's a great to see evos driven like that, but a shame to see them wadded so badly.

5) who cares if it's old. it's spectacular.

damn women drivers... j/k!

too bad about having a 7 go to waste.

Is it just me, or was it incredibly risky to pass on the inside of the turn on the Elise? The Elise didn't exactly swing out wide for the Evo 7 to pass...

risky, and bad track manners. in a race that'd fly, but not on an open track day. she stuffed the guy pretty hard.

Sucks for him, but he had it coming. Too bad to, as that was a perfectly good evo.

Unhappy

I hadn't seen that video either and I've been around a while Regardless, it's a cool video and just goes to show you that it can happen to the best drivers. Sucks too, that evo looked nice.

whoa that's weird, i've been here for a while too, i and i haven't seen it either. that's pretty weird.

and by the way, it seems to me that that was a pretty strange place for a "good" driver to lose it. carrying too much speed at the end of a straight with a passenger in the car? doesn't make too much sense....

I couldn't see any evidence of the tire blowing. It looked to me like she just wasn't carrying enough speed to kick out the rear end and just plowed into the dirt. She also screwed up once she go tthere- if you look closely during the slow-mo, she is still trying to steer to the right when it starts to roll.

Still a waste of a wonderful machine.
