That bathroom (at least one of them) is across from the Tate Gallery in London
It's technically an art exhibit but it's also a working toilet.

It's only open for certain hours and it was locked when I happened to be there.

You can't see in if you stick your face right up to it BUT if you stick a digital camera up to the glass, you can totally see inside on the LCD screen.

There's also a small gap near the door where you can see in. Very few people are brave enough to use it. I would've though...I really had to go.
