Opinions on What gauges to get!

Hey guys long time since i posted here...ive just been really busy i guess. But hey i finally scrounged up enough money to finish off my Defi BF series gauges! I have the boost controller, the pod, and the controller...but i dont know whether to get for the other 2 pods! call me stupid or lazy but searching didnt help at all so im here asking you guys what i should get. Alot of people told me not to get the EGT (exaust gas temp) cause by the time it tells me something is wrong its already to late, others say that the oil temp is uselsss...iono who to believe any more....

so guys Oil Pressure and Oil Temp or EGT??? help me out! thanx for any input!

Dude, EGT is mainly for tuning. I would get boost, egt and oil temp.

a/f guage and sensor would be good 2 have around 2. The guage should show numbers and not those fancy UFO lights.

talk about confusing. everyone is saying something different. haha. I have the same setup right now without the pod. BF boost and control unit. But i'm not going the pod route. I will get the Link display in the future so i can add them all if i want.

MMMMM korean female pop stars.....sorry i was just thinking about finkle and ses cause of hongkongbeef's location...lol but dude im hella confused now....well i have the boost, no question there and it looks like almost everyone has the EGT and i since these gauges are to help me prevent any major damage to my engine...the oil temp is looking pretty good.

Oh yeah someone told me that the EGT is not worth doing cause by the time it reads something it will be too late. is this true?

and lastly which is cheaper to have installed???

get boost, egt, oil temp, oil press, fuel press, voltage, intake air temp, ummm ehh whatelse... well i have those gauges, and i like it.

sarcasm aside.. i think boost, egt is the 2 most important guages to have... everything else, you can pick and choose later. egt is nice to have to monitor if you are running lean... if it goes over 850 c, i usually let off the gas. install for the egt should be the most expensive since you need to tap a sensor into the exhaust header.
