LOL at the 360 being too hard to set up, arent there just two cords, and wireless controllers? lol
we dont need the wheel, we DO need to play Dirt and Forza 2...i get faster times with a controller anyways.
yeah we're a bit overkill. jeff and I talked about that this morning. I'll let him fill you guys in and what not. I have to bust *** if I want to leave early.

Seriously, leave the beers at home. We have plenty, stragglers, prepare to buck up for grub and suds. Someone remember(preferably todays crew to get a gaggle of plastic cups for the beer. Or bring your own mug... Keg had better be cold and flowing by the time I get up there...

let us know asap... i'm leaving my pad btwn 1230-100 to get justin, then i'm figuring to go to Safeway to get whatever my part of the list ends up being & my tix. i think he still needs to grab a thing or two as well.

i think we're a bit much on da grubb *edit* we'll have almost TWICE the meat that we need *edit*, and maybe a 12'er or case high on the brew. but i don't mind donating that to the egelhoffer (sp?) hospitality fund!

so what's the verdict on our quantities? i think we'll need at least TWO add'l cases o' suds w/ the Pony...

Check your calculations, Professor El Jefe...
it's actually only about a 12'er per head per day, ain't it? we've got the equivalent of (13) 12'ers... 4 of us on both days (or 8 single days), the other 4 are only 1 day wonders... that's 12 one-day wonders to finish (13) 12'ers... see... PERFECTO!!!
what about the other stuff, what do we whittle it down to?

i'll check back in a bit. or gimme a ring. i got some other errands to run b4 hittin' the road.

Yea, that's what I was figuring. Whatever is left over, whomever brought it can just take it home. I would just say, if it's already been bought might as well just bring it.

i just peeked in my freezer at what 4 lbs of meat is... and we are def aiming high w/ our numbers on that front!

how many lbs. of bird do u got , el jefe?

justin's already got 4 of steak? i dunno if ray scooped us his portion or not, but i think we'll only need somewhere btwn 12 - 15 lbs. of meat/poultry, no?

and def bring up at least TWO other cases w/ the Pony (equals 3.4 cases) !!!

A bunch I bought a big pkg. of drum sticks from costco. I'd say there are about 30 drumsticks in all. Drum sticks are good for about 4 ea.

I think we're pretty close on what we've got.

As for meat. Figure 2 pounds per person per day. Trust me. I've gone through OVER 100 pounds at my parties before. Skirt is fatty and shrinks up quite a bit. Figure a piece of chicken and 2 or 3 big chunks of skirt per person for dinner.

cool, then w/ Justin's steak, we only need maybe 4 lbs. of something else to round it out.

i just talked to li'l jeff & he's trying to get a "definite" 3rd person in his car for Sat since Kyle's status is in limbo right now. he might also take up ray's offer of jordan grabbing him & neil & squeezing into the truck in the a.m. and, he did not buy any beer or food & i told him the early crew got it covered.
