Which one?

I'm contimplating a new car. I currently have an all stock '04 Legacy. I want to get a new car, but I'm torn. I want you to help me decide. I kind of want a wagon because I'll be driving cross country a couple more times. But I also want a sedan for more fun driving. So the options are above. And don't say Forester XT Sport cuz I want fog lights.

Thank you. That's what I'm leaning towards currently, but I'm having trouble finding a Manual. But every time I see/hear a peanut eye STi, I think, "OHHHhhhh I want one."

Whats wrong with your current car?Do you just want a new car? If so just use the legacy for the cross country trips and the STi for your spirited driving.

I can't afford to have two cars, nor do I have a place to store the extra. I'm itiching for something with more grunt (turbo). And I was advised against adding a turbo to my current motor. The legacy is fun to drive, but I'd like something that handled better.

sedan for more fun driving?

Do you know how many sedans I flew by on the hammy run and other suby runs I've been on.

Not much difference between say a wrx and a wrx wagon on fun to drive. Don't let that factor into your decision. And even the forester xt with new wheels and suspension are funner to drive than a stock legacy.

Yeah, I always liked the idea of blowing by someone in a wagon/suv(). I think a lowered XT would be fun.

When the day comes for me to replace my wagon...it'll be with another wagon of some kind. The new XT sports are sick.

and if you run even stock wrx wagon suspension I think it's like a 3 inch drop.

why do an sti swap? It's already got a 2.5 liter.

Just do some small manageable upgrades and you'd be at the same power as the sti.

doing a swap on a new car is retarded unless it's a track car.

unless you're talking suspension.....then yeah....that's a good one. But I'd do springs more designed for the weight of the forester.
