I just moved to LA and I got 4 wheel allignment (with a spec sheet after it was completed) and oil change done from SuperAutobacs for 70 bucks. That place is legit. Their facility is top notch. Next time you guys are down south, check it out. That's the first one in the US, they are all over the place in Japan.

For real? You've got an aligment rack, and wheel balancer in your garage?

If you buy tires at Firestone, you can buy a lifetime rotate, balance and alignment for like 170. And thats the entire life of the car.

Please never recommend Firestone to anyone here again. NEVER

Those idiots in SSF near See's Candy aligned my 2003 WRX using FWD impreza specs. I pointed out that the alignment printout said the older FWD car on it, and the guy assured me they use the same specs..yeah right AWD and FWD are completely different. So i took his word and drove to Tahoe...came back and tires were toast. Toe was like 5 degrees out of spec. So I take the car back....guy says its not their fault...so I sue them in small claims court. They settled with me for the refund of the lifetime alignments and brand new S0-3's at the court house during the "discovery of information sharing time." Seems they didnt want a public judgement against them. BBB also was notified FYI.

Fast forward freakin 2 years....I finished installing my 6spd and needed an alignment....I live in San Bruno now, so I took it to the Millbrae location, figuring they cant all be as stupid. Well I was wrong...the idiot left a front camber bolt completely loose....clunking on me aroung corners. So I got out of the car and pushed on the top of the wheel...it moved about 1/4 inch back and forth....and you could see the bolt slapping around in the strut. I take the car back and point this out...he says they will jack up the car and tighten it. I said " no you moron, the alignment is toast now...the camber bolt has moved around...the corner needs to be realigned." He argues and says no...I told him about my suit against the other location, and that if he doesnt want the same thing to happen he better get it on a lift now, tighten the bolts, let me inspect it, and then realign the entire car. Needless to say it was done, but not without me explaining the whole thing 3 times, arguing, and threatening legal action.

DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE. GOODNIGHT.
