Not a big difference. Really only effects highway mileage.

I got 31mpg on a round trip from San Jose to Pismo. That was stg 1 though(zero mods other than AP). I can't run it with the VF34 or I would for long trips. It only helps on the highway, low load if you can keep your foot off of the gas.

I'm going to convert the wrx into a fuel cell vehicle, yeah right.

think of it like this.....if gas gets that high....it will only be slightly more expensive to run straight 100 octane all the time at ~4.29/gal. I'm ok with that!

sweet. I'm mainly worried about highway mileage since im on the highway all the time going up and down to LA, going to tahoe, and commuting 80 miles round trip to my GFs house in the city

I just went out and topped all the tanks- in my car (even though its running on 3 cylinders) and the one I've got on loan;

The Chevron on Gilman and SanPablo is usually the expensive place, while the X-tra station and the SP are usually about the cheapest in town- but not tonight.

I think we're going to see $4 per gallon before the end of September, at the rate things are going we'll see it next week
