Got tired of Astound's ****ty service and BS customer service. talked to an ATT rep and they said that Uverse wasnt available in my neighborhood. So I went to Comcast.

 

DUDE! I totally just got signed up for AT&T U-Verse like a month ago and had no idea this thread even existed. Had some bald dude named Wally install it he was cool. Dammit!!!

 

I just have to folow up...

We had Ucrap hooked up at a job site, and boy they are ****ing IDIOTS. First the guy that comes out can't find the MPOE in the building. Then he finaly gets ahold of someone who knows where it is, and punches us down...to the wrong pair! so I have to call him out again, he gets back, fixes that. Cool...no, now the retards back at AT&T have set the provisioning up wrong and to the wrong building.

Eight days in a row on the phone with them, finaly its up...and we can't get more than 800k out of it WTF. Well turns out they sold us a crap setup in the first place and KNEW the lines in the building were old. So we are now in the process of changing that field sight out to another provider and going to bonded T1's.

**** AT&T, and **** Uverse.

 

dude uVerse ****ing sucks. TV is awesome when it works (which is why i still have the TV service) but the net/voice is a colossal pile of ****.

i was getting 70% packet loss from the DSLAM over the next 3 nodes on outbound traffic... they said it was my modem, then that it was my switch.... yah... **** that.

switched to comcast business class and the Comcast tech apologized to me for the hack job that ATT had done and said "we see this **** all the time"
