Tier 1 needs some work on troubleshooting skills and how to read a trace route and what 1500+ms response times mean. Arizona tier 2 is somewhat better, still took ~32days to resolve a case that shouldn't have gone past 2 days. A simple test of the RG on the MPOE & Alcatel box showed that signal isn't trashed, no horrible loss or anything. They even repulled the line to the MPOE on a Sunday, I felt bad for them.
Anyways, it basically boils down to the data all being sent over on a single pair. Just TV, is perfect. Super upgraded internet is fine, but don't expect anywhere near the advertised speeds. My advice is anyone that wants service...search online, ask your neighbors if they have it, check out how well their service experience has been.
Thanks for offering the help, only issue is I've been through all of this sooooooooo many times that there is no saving me and expressing my frustration to my neighbors as they move in. Sorry duder.

^ wow sorry about all that stuff that went wrong with you tv. I can tell you that no service is %100 all the time. With a fiber service it's hit or miss, if the service works it works great, if it does not work that well it will never be at %100. I really am sorry that you have problems with you service. My mm has uverse in mtn. view and loves it, she has the elit 6.0 speed internet and it test at 5.8 every thime I have done it.

yea sorry but uverse kinda sucks I had issues with pixled pictures and slow downloads using both cable and cat5 line or whatever crap they call it!! good luck !!!
and they never even offered me any kinda compensation for all the work I missed waiting for the techs to come try to fix my junk!
