real straightforward route- 101 to 128 to Booneville then it gets interesting-stay on 128 to the coast, then down 1 to manchester and back to Booneville on Mountain View road- ......(that is a doosey- watch for falling rocks!).

Total drive time from SR was about 4 and a half hours, but we took some breaks too.

Tim, What WRC game do you have at home for PS2? I have the "WRC- world rally championship" vol. 01

I have WRC 1, VRally 2(PS1), VRally 3, Colin McRea 3 and Shox.

The last is not really a rally game since it's wheel to wheel but with rally cars and the tracks are mostly gravel. Fun multiplayer racer. The two other PS2 rally games I know of that I don't have are GTC Africa and Rally Fusion.

We haven't got WRC 2 yet. Its been out almost a year in the rest of the world. They can't figure out how to market it I guess. WRC 3 is coming out soon. Perhaps we'll get that.

There are some nice wallpaper images available for download at the WRC 2 site though.

psoper that is me and my girlfriends spot..

..don't steal it. j/k
I was stoked you guys went up there.

I had a great time.
In retrospect that was some dangerous driving conditions...

I'm suffering from STi envy.

Got to hand to all of you and to I-club, YOU ROCK!!

Oh how about that van I was behind?
We were lucky there was so little traffic actually.

Bushido I'll make sure i get you some brandy by Christmas.

Next time take small detour on 101 north exit Dry Creek Road.
Go about 8 miles and take a right on Dutcher Creek Road.
that reconnects with the 101 in Cloverdale.
It is my favorite small stretch around here. Short but sweet.

we took dutcher creek on the way back, not very twisty, but I guess your preference runs towards sweeping 4th gear cruisers.....

ya, it was fun and fast. with big wide bends for holding lots of speed. We were probably doing 80+ around them.
