This leak will be repaired under warranty but I wanted to know what it was exactly and see if I could tighten it up before I head over to get it fixed.
You will find much better Subaru mechanics at LIC than at Subaru.
Have Adam tell you what's wrong then take it to the dealership and tell them what they need to fix.

Adam or whoever built the last one... I think you're leaking from your flux capacitor, but I'm no expert.
In all seriousness, you'll have to take off a bunch of stuff, if you're lucky you can use one of these to relocate and tighten that clamp.

Leak is from the non oem worm gear clamp being user.
The oil return line is rubber, which acts like a fluid.
Your clamp is initially tensioned but then the rubber flows under the clamp.
This effectively "loosens" the clamp tension.
There's a reason why Subaru uses "constant tension" spring clamps; as the rubber flows the clamp automatically keeps the correct tension.
BTW, replace the return hoseamd the upper turbo coolant hose and clamps while your there.

Wires crossed. Adam from lic didn't build it. Noah and Adam rock, but it wasn't them. Adam A built the first iteration of it while he worked at EQ. He now works at FW. Eq just put the block in a couple weeks ago and will be fixing this leak accordingly. I'll definitely mention the clamp and request the proper one is used. Thanks for verifying which hose it was.

. I've seen plenty of the stock spring clamps cause leaks. -- Ed

. And I've seen stock clamps that were never touched previously cause leaks as well. For the record, we don't use cheap parts in any aspect of our builds. We use what we have figured out to work the best period.
This is a minor issue that we will quickly resolve for our customer. It's not like we sent out a car with a major oil leak from the pan or between the block halves

How many miles were on the leaking clamp?
There's more to a leaking hose connection than just the clamp; old hoses are the cause of majority of failures.
Non oem parts used on an old hose that has taken a set will lead to leaks.
