I was actually thinking BBQ chicken too, although I lack the skills to make the sauce.

 

I'm a tiny little girl, this is plenty of food for me. Plus I will nomnom on some ice cream later!

Haha, yeah, I was pretty stoked on the lack of flames coming out of my oven this time! And making BBQ sauce is very easy: ketchup, mustard, grated lemon, lemon juice, and brown sugar and/or maple syrup. You could probably add some cayenne pepper if you wanted a spicy sauce.

 

Glad you will nomnom on some ice cream, because that chicken breast looked like a chicken nugget!
Looked like a tasty dinner none the less...to each his/her own as they say!

I think except for the BBQ Sauce (whole foods), the croutons (generic grocery store), and the wine (bevmo) all of the ingredients were from trader joes

1. Dalmatian prosciutto

2. Sliced fresh mozzarella

3. Diced fresh basil

4. Mini dill pickles

5. Sliced cherry tomatoes

6. Fresh baked bread

7. Balsamic vinegar

= Heaven

 

I have had that dinner many times over...but I prefer the jasmine rice to the brown rice, when coupled with the chicken.
