Can't remember any Giants pitchers coming off TJ surgery that were starters so I can't really say what Boch would have done.

 

Probably better and safer since he had TJ surgery. They have him for the rest of the season vs testing his arm and possibly increasing chances for injury.

As for yesterday's 3-2 loss with just 2 outs left. You can't walk leadoff people. Casilla was off.

 

But Caswilla was on today!!!

I'm just worried that their offense is seemingly so dependent on HRs to score...

I can not watch dodgers games. The fight is still going on, and I dont think it will EVER be solved. I am bummed because its vin's last year. 3rd year with out seeing more than 5 games.

Why can't you watch? Stream the games as that's what I do when I'm at home.

 

I thought about that too but I'm not sure they have a better option. Casilla just about give me an ulcer every time he takes the mound.

I agree. Watching Casilla at times gets really frustrating.

Only if Strickland had more throws in his repertoire then I wouldn't mind seeing him as the everyday closer. Since he's younger and can throw harder than Casilla.
